Emme's First Birthday

Wow, I can't believe that my baby will be turning one in a little over a month! Scott and I are so excited and are planning already! We are doing an owl theme in the colors of pink, brown, and purple! I have already been shopping! Yes, I know it is a little early but I am enjoying it! I have recently discovered ETSY, and I love this site! We ordered her invitations, decorations, and birthday outfit from there. Now, I just have to patiently wait! This is so hard because I want it now; but I have to wait for them to make the item and ship it!

New to the world of Blogging!

Well here I am trying to blog! I should probably try and finish Emme's scrapbook first before I start a new project but oh well :) I do wish that I had started this before Emme arrived but I guess that I am better late than never. I am starting this blog to share with friends and family! Emme is getting so big and she is changing and growing every day. It is amazing to watch her as she learns! Seeing a child discover the world around them is truly a gift from god! Emme is a great crawler now and she enjoys getting into everything! I truly believe that she loves me chasing her around the house! Trying to eat the dogs food is now one of her favorite past times! We try and keep her to a confined space, but she is very clever. She finds a way to get out no matter what. Emme cut her two bottom teeth around Christmas and now is starting to finally cut her top right tooth! I am hoping that they will both be visible by the time we get her first birthday pictures taken. How cute will that be :) I am posting a few favorite pictures throughout the first ten months of her life! Hopefully I will be able to keep up with this blog!
